Refund and Return Policy:
All sales are final. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at alarminglygood@gmail.com within 14 days with details and photos of the issue.
If an order is shipped but not received and is returned to us, we will not automatically resend it. Should you request reshipment, you will be responsible for covering the additional shipping costs.
Order Changes:
Order changes can potentially be made up until fulfillment has begun.
Order changes after the initial order confirmation are not guaranteed and will not be alarminglygood's responsibility if unmet.
Shipping and Delivery:
All orders are shipped from our 3PL facility in Shenzhen. We offer fast worldwide shipping with an average delivery time of 4-8 business days.
