Returns

All sales are final. This means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless your item arrives defective or incorrect.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at info@alarminglygood.com within 14 days of purchase.  

To request a refund for a defective or incorrect item, please include:  

• Your order number  
• A description of the issue  
• Clear photos showing the defect or error  

If your request is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.  

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out again at info@alarminglygood.com.
